In her keynote presentation, Jennifer Siebel Newsom weaves together stories from her diverse experiences – an MBA from Stanford, entrepreneur in Africa and Latin America, CEO & Founder of The Representation Project, mother of four young children, wife of the Lieutenant Governor of California, and documentary filmmaker- to address the current climate of American values and how the media, pop culture, and gender stereotypes impact all aspects of our lives, including corporate culture. By presenting startling facts and anecdotes, Newsom makes the case that greater equality in the workplace is not only good for individuals, but also for the bottom line, encouraging companies to take a leadership role in reshaping the workforce.
